Pet Policy
The Whitby Birmingham is a pet-friendly community. Pets will enjoy the Westminister Kennel Club, the finest on-site dog spa, along with the Ryecroft Meadow, an extra-large bark park. Luxury apartment living for you- and your pets, too. There is a one-time, non-refundable $350 pet fee and a monthly $20 pet rent. Limit 2 pets per home. Breed restrictions apply.
